Summary: We are seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill Amazon Delivery Driver position! We are looking for the right person that has a passion for customer satisfaction, along with a strong motivation to succeed and unwavering dedication to teamwork. The right candidate will have the ability to learn on the go and meet the requirements below

Driver: Driver Associates are responsible for loading and delivering packages to houses, mobile parks, apartments, and businesses within the community while providing exceptional customer service.

Position requirements and Physical Demands:

• Must be 21 years or older (No Exception)
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and clean driving record (5-year MVR check).
• DOT MEDICAL CERTIFICATION is not required for our cargo vans but is required for our Step Vans.
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE DRIVING AND WORKING IN VARY WEATHER CONDITIONS.
• Must Pass the per-employment physical, drug screen and background check
• Must be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less
• Must be able to move boxes up to70 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Move freely: Bend, stretch, and crouch
• Must have excellence communication skills and the ability to work well with customers
• Reliability, Upbeat attitude, easily adapt to change
• Safe Driving Practice while operating your delivery vehicles always, Follow DOT regulations and safety standards,
• Professionalism (representing a well-regarded brand)
• Meticulous with the ability to problem solve independently or as a team (team oriented)

Key responsibilities: Provide a variety of services focused on enhancing the client’s quality of living.

• BE CUSTOMER OBSESSED!!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Use device for routing and customer delivery information. DEVICE PROVIDED BY COMPANY
• Complete reports and logs
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Complete all paperwork required for transportation services rendered.
• Complete a daily inspection of assigned vehicle before start of the day.
• Driver must be courteous, patient, and professional always, as well as neat and clean in appearance per the driver handbook.
• Provide the excellent customer service

• Complete pre-scheduled and on-demand work within your provided availability

• Complete work through our application and ensure safe transportation and deliver to home and approved facilities and locations

• Communicate all issues, cancellations, and no-shows with dispatch team, when safe to do so, through the supervisor

• Maintain a clean vehicle, free of any odors
• You can plan on working about 4-5 days a week
• You can plan on a typical working day being 10 hours (4 days work, 3 days off)
• Our drivers follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• You will interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
• You will use handheld technology to manage the delivery process

Education and Experience: High School Diploma.
