What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Accounting Associate to join our Audi & VW team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Supervise the daily flow of accounting data from the operational departments
• Produce accurate monthly reports
• Reconcile and balance sheet account
• Review and control general ledger
• Perform Daily Reconciliation of Parts and Service credit card and cash deposits
• Review parts and service schedules to ensure all items closed are researched and cleared daily
• Process daily general deposit. Write receipts and ensure accuracy of deposit entries at bank and general ledger

This opportunity is for you if you have:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of automotive accounting experience preferred
• Previous CDK experience preferred
• Positive attitude
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
• Ability to communicate both verbally and with written documentation
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Pay range for this role is: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
