Offers start at $18.20/hour and increases based on experience & shift differentials ranging from 7%-15% depending on shift.

The REI Warehouse Associate is an integral part of our team’s success. In this role you will be responsible for the operation of merchandise handling (picking and putting items away), receiving inventory, price marking, splitting, shipping, packing specialized customer orders, handing cardboard and waste for the team efficiency and the preparation and assembly of bikes. Our warehouse teams set the pace and energy for the Co-op, ensuring that our Retail stores and customers get product quickly! If you love a fun, fast-paced work environment, this role is for you!
We are not currently hiring for day shifts at this time.

Bring your passion and expertise
- Flexibility and cross-training in different departments is required.
- No Warehouse Experience Necessary
- Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance
- Ability to work safely, minding personal and team safety in daily operations
- Basic math skills
- Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across REI for the achievement of business goals
- Uses business knowledge, creative thinking, and make good judgment in problem solving
- Works efficiently by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work
- Clearly conveys and accurately receives information by a variety of methods and in various situations
- The ability to frequently lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work
- Able to work in a standing or walking environment for 8-10 hour shifts
