Daycare Assistant Job at Little Sprouts Childcare
Little Sprouts Child Care Center, 3135 Washington Blvd, Wv in Huntington, WV is looking for teachers aid daycare assistant who is reliable, hardworking, attentive, and driven to join our team.
Part time and Full time are available.
We are open from 7 am to 5:30pm , M-F
Looking for availability of the opening shift.
Weekends off!
Paid holidays after 6 months of employment.
Responsibilities
- Providing support for other staff members
- Monitoring and supervising the children constantly.
- Maintaining a safe and positive environment.
- Cultivating relationships with children, parents, and guardians.
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
- Greeting parents and addressing children by their name.
- Adhering to procedures in preparing a bottle or changing a diaper.
- Assisting in activities with the kids.
- Assisting in putting children to sleep.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to pass a background check (required)
- Certified or can be in Child/Infant CPR/First Aid
- Reliable mode of transportation
- STARS Certification (preferred)
