Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, & Engineering leaders to develop specific business development plans for product upgrades, support/service offerings, business affiliations, trade-in strategies, etc.
• Research, develop, and qualify dealers identified by remote sales managers as potential new dealer prospects.
• Perform territory and market competitive analysis to support channel development and recruitment.
• Provide competitive intelligence to the Director of Sales on product trends, competitive programs, and other market intelligence to support sales efforts.
• Provide input to the management team on the development of a new product or service features that will meet current and future customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments in the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and business models.
• Serves as the headquarters representative and focal point for regionally deployed sales teams to aid with strategic business development pursuits, campaigns, and programs.
• Perform special projects as assigned by management.
• Work with IT Data Scientists to identify business challenges that can be solved with machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Required to develop and present strategies to senior management including Executive Leadership Team members on the campaign status, strategy, and general overview information.
• Generate and effectively communicate analytical insights through visualization and reporting tools such as MS Power BI and Salesforce.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science & Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics/Finance, Statistics, Applied Statistics, or Operations Research Advanced degree
• Years of Experience: 3 or more years of professional experience are required.
• Software Knowledge: Prior experience working with predictive maintenance, Power BI, Tableau Salesforce, and Excel in a manufacturing environment preferred
