Cut & Wrap Maintenance Manager Job at Agri-Mark/Cabot Creamery Cooperative
The Maintenance Manager will provide leadership and direction to the plant maintenance department responsible for repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations. Responsible for eliminating all causes of failure and ensuring full useful equipment life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel. Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation to ensure continuous production operations. Creates and manages the maintenance and stores budgets. Inspects machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards. Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities. Project Engineering skills a plus with experience working with a Maintenance Management Software and experience implementing TPM and/or Lean initiatives (TPM, OEE, 5S, Center lining). Experience implementing predictive/preventive maintenance programs with strong computer application skills, network and PC business application software and strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or other technical discipline preferred, or equivalent training and experience. Knowledge of dairy plant operations, equipment, and regulations is preferred. With 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and 3+ years Supervisory / Management experience preferred.
