We are professional Insurance Agency in Central and Northern WI. Our goal is to add to our Customer Service Department in Medford, Abbotsford and Land O Lakes WI.
We are seeking a Customer Service Technician to assist our customer service agents with our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, handling mail and correspondence and other duties as directed by customer service agents. You may also be required to work with our insurance producers when apolicy needs to be initiated or upgraded.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Customer Service Agents with data entry
- Distribute and pick up mail and office correspondence
- Learn and understand multiple company insurance products
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Document customer inquiries and solutions in a database.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with customers.
- Back up Receptionist and administrative task as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
