Talento Search Group has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $20 per hour. This is a 1st shift position with a schedule of Monday-Friday. This is Not a remote position.

Position Summary:
Responsible for processing customer orders from a variety of sources, resolving issues and delivering information in an accurate and time sensitive manner. Build, Support and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Utilize the ERP system to enter orders, review inventory, process shipments, provide invoices and other tasks.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of products offered.
• Liaison with the Amazon system for orders, pricing, confirmations and case management.
• Interact with other web order interfaces to retrieve and process orders.
• Follow established procedures in logging information.
• Provide phone support to customers.
• Escalate issues when necessary.
• Communicate with the Production and Logistics teams.

Experience Needed:

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Experience providing customer service to Amazon preferred.
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Superior phone etiquette
• Excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately input information.
• Knowledge of and experience working with Material Resource Planning (MRP).
• Experience with working with EDI is preferred.
