Stanley Steemer is a fun, hands-on, team-oriented company. Our Inbound Contact Center, located in Dublin OH, is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our team! Full-Time, In-Office Customer Service Representative positions available. Interested applicants should live within a commutable distance to our office.
Training starts at $13/hour. We value hard work, therefore, after two weeks into your 3-week training, you are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay. Our average CSA makes $15-17/hour.
Qualifications:
- Schedule: Full-time M-F with start times between 8am-10am
- Prior experience in a call center environment strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
- Provide product support, solutions, and additional product information
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail
- High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED)
