To support the efforts of the Store Leader in maintaining a quality service experience for our customers in a profitable manner for Kwik Trip, Inc.. Provide superior customer service greeting and thanking each customer for their business and processing transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a quality store image through cleanliness, merchandising, and product availability.

Starting Pay: $16/Hour, Additional $3/Hour Overnight Premium!

Essential Job Functions: of Time:

1. Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided to all customers at all times 58% and store standards are maintained.

a. Accurately process customer transactions in a timely and friendly manner. i. Greet and thank all customers for their business.

b. Actively engage in the sales process with customers including suggestive selling, informing customers of sales items and product offerings.

c. Respond to customer concerns in a professional and pro-active manner.

d. Operate a cash register and various other retail-oriented machines.

e. Report to work for assigned shifts wearing store uniform which complies with standards.

f. Ask for ID’s for any customer purchasing alcohol or tobacco and appear to be under 30 Years old.

2. Maintain positive store image and standards. 29%

a. Provide assistance as needed to ensure all items in/for Hot Spot, Fresh Case, Roller Grill, Hot Beverages, Cold Beverages, Sandwiches, and Bake Shoppe items are prepared, maintained, and presented for sale according to Kwik Trip, Inc. standards and schedules while complying with the Food Service Sanitation Policy.

b. Continually monitor store, restroom, garbage, and exterior building cleanliness.

c. Stocking: back-stocking, fill coolers, thaw and frost area, price changes, product facing and rotating, and truck unloading.

d. Focus efforts on “Target” areas, suggestive sell/promote products.

e. Ensure that all shift duties are completed, and additional time is used effectively.

3. Remain aware of store security and maintenance efforts. 10%

a. Assist with the maintenance checklist as specified by company policy.

b. Pro-actively work to reduce store shrink.

c. Notify store leader of any physical maintenance needs.

d. Follow all Kwik Trip, Inc. safety standards.
