Agent Services Coordinator
We need a friendly, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic personality to join our Agent Services team. Our company is one of the fastest growing national real estate companies and we are taking the industry by storm! We are looking for individuals who have a desire to set roots and grow within the company all the while utilizing their passion for serving others. Agent Service Representative’s will continue to improve the way our company services our Real Estate Agents as we achieve our ambitious growth targets.

We are searching for individuals who live and breathe customer service. In this role, you will be a concierge, coach, and cheerleader for our Real Estate Agents. You will need to be knowledgeable, detailed orientated, responsive, and an advocate for all customers. This position requires time management skills, focus, attention to detail, and a servant leadership mindset. You must enjoy talking on the phone and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You will help ensure the company is adhering to the highest standards of customer service excellence.   • Must be able to report to and work from the office in Cary, NC daily (Preferably no further than 30 miles from the office).

Required education:
· AA, BA, BS degree or equivalent work experience

Salary: $40,000 to $45,000.00

Special Working Conditions and Physical Demands

Work in an office environment using a computer for a significant amount of time. Operate office equipment regularly. Bend, reach, squat, kneel and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Travel by personal and public transportation occasionally.
