Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; one year of customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. A minimum of three years of customer service experience, including scheduling appointments, is preferred. Excellent keyboarding and computer experience is essential. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check, and education/degree verification required.


Duties

Check in clients, answer phones and schedule appointments for designated agency programs. Manage changes such as cancellations and/or rescheduling appointments using centralized scheduling for clients. Responds to phone calls and email messages. Enter client/provider activities into the house data base system. Perform cashiering tasks and research customer account financial information. Perform other work as required.
