Customer Service and Sales Associate Job at Dynarex Corporation
Dynarex is a leading brand of Disposable and DME products with distributor partners in all of USA as well as Canada, Europe and South America. We provide a wide range of the finest quality medical products at an exceptional value and premier customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Answer telephones and receive incoming leads from management; forward calls to the sales reps designated customers. Track and notate.
- Act as a liaison between corporate office and the field sales reps and customers
- Work closely with the Customer Care and Sales departments in tracking and managing orders
- Manage and analyze the pricing tiers along with the price lists, and pricing inquiries from the sales and customer care team
- Document and track the leads using Salesforce
- Produce monthly and quarterly status reports
- Enter customer complaints into SharePoint from Customer Service, Sales teams, claims and quality departments. Follow up with customer and or rep as needed
- Submit Sample Requests for Sales team
- Send catalogs, samples, literature, etc. to customers, while communicating this information to assigned sales rep
- Assist in Marketing programs by tracking and updating spreadsheets
- Assist with ad-hoc customer care, sales, and marketing projects
- Support assigned region and customers with sales reports, sample requests, entering customer complaints, cross references, product spec sheets, sell sheets/literature, proforma invoices, freight quotes, submitting claims, travel arrangements, price lists, etc.
- Work closely with all other departments to distribute and disseminate all information to the appropriate departments (customer service, QA, purchasing, etc.) to ensure projects and orders run in a timely and cohesive manner
- Assist end users in finding a distributor in their area, or directing them to a sales rep
Experience/Education/Training Required:
- 2+ years’ experience working in fast-paced, ideally in a sales support, customer service or other related fields
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A flexible attitude, excellent time-management, and proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Highly proficient user of MS Office with strong emphasis in Excel
- Proficient in math skills/calculations
- A positive, “can-do”, attitude and takes initiative
- Communicative- knows how to listen and respond
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Organized and gets tasks done efficiently
- Ability to work independently and work well as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong verbal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
