Job Description

This inside account manager position, under minimal supervision, is responsible to cultivate the established relationship with domestic/international Made to Order (MTO), Made to Stock (MTS) customers; this includes Teva Pharma, Inc. international entities internal and external accounts. Through accuracy, detail, accountability, innovation, commitment and leadership, this role is the lead to support, resolve escalated issues.

Additional responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Supports new business project plans and implements requirements timely.
  • Partners with Brand/Generic Marketing, Contract Operations, Supply Chain, TPM, manufacturing sites, National Account Management for MTO (Bulk) on account/order/material business issues/opportunities.
  • Requires strong communication between internal/external customers.
  • Requires the ability to work directly with all levels of subordinate and executive management across many functional areas.
  • Requires extensive knowledge, demonstrated experience, skills in pharmaceutical, Order to Cash Process and the ability to deliver exemplary customer satisfaction.

Essential job functions:

  • Assist in developing customer partnership and account management strategy, to fulfill/implement Specialty Account domestic/international Made to Order, Made to Stock customer requirements.
  • Responsible for processing of customer orders via direct order process, and/or Blanket Order Process through the Order to Cash Process to customer receipt.
  • Executes key business activities with Management to drive Business Development/PMO new business activities of product launches and business alliance agreements.
  • Executes Post Launch requirements for Domestic/International Made to Order new product launches, order status, tracking, shipment information, forecast, pricing, Coffer, Coffs requirements.
  • Secures customer Forecasts for Made to Order Brand/Generic for Demand Mgt, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Sites.
  • Required to participate/initiate Customer Partnership Meetings, (Prepare Agenda, Meeting Minutes, Action items, disseminate information).
  • Produce customer reports; analyze data, partner with manufacturing sites/TPM to secure material release dates to PO requirements.
  • Secure material release dates, communicates changes to customers.
  • Interacts with Supply Chain, Brand/Generic Marketing, TPM, Demand Management, Contract Operations, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing sites. DEA Compliance, Order Management, Master Data, on escalated issues that require immediate resolution.
  • Oversee necessary DEA Compliance documentation to the Distribution Center for export orders.
  • Executes responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.

Qualifications

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a food, drug or cosmetic environment
  • Experience in Customer Relations Management, Planning, Distribution and Logistics, and Sales
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Planning and managing projects, defining problems, collecting data with recommending methods, procedures and techniques for resolution
  • General knowledge of DEA, State License and DEA Export requirements.

Experience Preferred

  • Generic and Brand Pharmaceutical product lines.
  • Minimum of 6 Months of SAP experience
  • Implementing goals and cost effective management for allocated resources.
