Position: Customer Engagement Manager

Location: Ithaca, MI

Schedule: 5 Days/week

Salary Range: 40-45K

Reporting to: Josh Bartell, COO

The Opportunity:

As Customer Engagement Manager, you will create and implement strategies that help build healthy relationships with customers. You will organize, and execute customer support processes as well as develop customer engagement initiatives. A “day-in-the-life” snapshot might include: Answering customer support requests, developing support procedures & processes, working with the sales team regarding communications strategies, developing customer oriented marketing messages, building content strategies aligned with customer feedback and insights, and creating incident response policies.

The ideal candidate will possess some of the following skills:

• The ability to write and edit customer support content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals
• Skills in the areas of Effective Communication (written & verbal), Customer Support Practices, Online Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO, and Keyword Research
• Experience setting standards, systems, and best practices for Customer Support, Customer Engagement, and Brand Building
• Ability to analyze data as it relates to Customer Engagement & Support

Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site in Ithaca, MI

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
