Position Overview:
The Customer Care Metrics/Pricing/Dexis IO Specialist serves as the internal point of contact to facilitate the monitoring and updating of Department Metrics/system maintenance of pricing execution and Dexis IO Support.
This role supports the Customer Care Core Management Team by providing the department KPI Metrics to evaluate department effectiveness and identify areas for possible improvement, enhanced audits related to order processing for the Customer Care Core Team to improve the Customer Experience related specifically to order accuracy, as well as identify any other key gaps in Customer Experience Excellence. The role includes supporting price administration activities to ensure all customer pricing, effectivity dates, approvals, and documentation align to approved work instructions. The role provides for streamlining, standardizing and monitoring the Dexis IO product line processes, enabling the various Sales teams to deliver results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Updating Customer Care Department KPI Daily Metrics and Monthly Customer Care Metrics by individual contributor for Management evaluation
- Create pricing modifiers in Oracle approved by Finance and Sales Director
- Enhanced Audits to ensure order accuracy and recommend countermeasures
- Updating active price lists with product exits and adding new product lines
- Take ownership of all Dexis processes and procedures to ensure Customer Experience Excellence
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams to support needs of the Ormco Core Customer Care Department
