We are looking for an outgoing and driven Culinary Director to join our client' s hotel in Wyoming. You will need to be experienced in high-volume, high-end steakhouses, as well as Michelin of Forbes experience and, have successfully led dynamic teams in a multi-unit capacity with a mentoring and hands-on approach. Culinary Director s Qualifications:




  • A minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating leadership in an upscale Multi-Unit, Kitchen Leadership role
  • Culinary degree appreciated
  • A sincere passion for hospitality
  • Experience with banquets, fine dining, Michelin and Forbes preferrred
  • Must have a high level of culinary skill with a good tenure working for reputable restaurant concepts
  • Valid food handler card, reliable transportation, and willingness to be in the field at the locations, not an office job.
  • Want to live in a beautiful part of the country that is off the beaten path

Culinary Director s Responsibilities:




  • Responsible for the highest standards in food quality and execution
  • Strong attention to detail curious and constantly in pursuit of improvement
  • Coaching to driving excellence and confronting incompetence
  • Build relationships quickly and build solid teams
  • Travel between restaurants to ensure consistency and SOPs are followed
  • Exude high energy, positive reinforcement, and show passion for hospitality
  • Great communicator and intelligent with the ability to develop leaders
  • P&L management and all BOH cost controls
