Como servidor o mesero, serás responsable de atender a los comensales antes, durante y después de sus comidas ayudándolos a colocar, recibir y pagar sus pedidos. También te aseguras de la entrega oportuna de alimentos y bebidas mediante la comprobación de sus mesas periódicamente durante todo el tiempo de servicio.
- Preparar las mesas del restaurante con especial atención a la higiene y el orden.
- Atender a los clientes a su entrada.
- Presentar los menús del restaurante y ayudar a los clientes a seleccionar alimentos/bebidas.
- Tomar y servir pedidos.
- Responder a preguntas o hacer recomendaciones sobre productos complementarios.
- Colaborar con otros camareros del restaurante y con el personal de cocina y bar.
- Tratar las quejas o problemas con una actitud positiva.
- Emitir facturas y aceptar pagos.
