Hennessey Performance Engineering seeks a full-time customer service representative with experience in the automotive industry, preferably in high-end or aftermarket automobiles.

Applicant should have general knowledge of makes and models of various manufacturers. Excellent customer service and communication skills; excel in a fast pace environment and possess good computer skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Customer communication and service

· Maintain consistent rapport with customers

· Manage follow up on open service/warranty tickets

· Have a realization that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction in your business relationship with the customer

· ‪Efficiently answer customer email, phone & internet service requests

· Be a team player willing to help customers with their vehicles

· Following through with internal Hennessey team to fulfill customer service requests

Skills/Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in customer service

· Excellent communication and computer skills

· Experience with a CRM

· General knowledge of automobiles

· Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities

· Local and able to drive to our office in Sealy Tx Monday through Friday

· Ability to listen and find commonality with customer on the phone

Required Education:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, High school degree or equivalent required;

John Hennessey and the Hennessey Performance Engineering (HPE) team have been making fast cars go faster since 1991. Over the last 29 years, John and his team have built more than 10,000 vehicles with more than 400 of those in 2019 alone. HPE operates in a soon to be 51,000-square foot workshop and showroom facility situated on 143 acres near Sealy, Texas (about 45 minutes west of Houston). HPE offers a wide variety of dyno-proven, track tested high-performance engine upgrade packages & parts for a variety of modern performance vehicles. Hennessey Performance is also the only tuner in North America that operates its own test track—the Lonestar Motorsports park 1/4-mile dragstrip facility which is adjacent to the HPE workshop & showroom.
