We’re searching for a Creative Manager who can own all facets of a digital creative – photography/videography, copywriting, html/email/web wireframing and design. This person will be cultivating 3 distinct looks/voices for our portfolio of CA wineries. Our goal is iterative improvement – so small design and copy-driven tests are going to be at the heart of how we take Stag’s Leap to the next level. This person will also own the content, voice, and community management for our social media channels.

So we set the bar then, and we're still setting the bar now. That part hasn't changed.
What has changed is our approach to data, technology, and our obsession with the online customer experience. We're looking to bring the same meticulous precision to our digital experience that our Winemaker Marcus Notaro brings to every bottle we craft. We’re searching for a Creative Manager who can own all facets of a digital creative – photography/videography, copywriting, html/email/web wireframing and design. This person will also own the content, voice, and community management for our social media channels.
A little about you: You have experience piloting the digital creative process end to end – from customer insight to concept, to shooting/filming/designing, to copywriting, to evaluating impact back to consumer insight. You love social media and are excited by the challenge of cultivating 3 distinct looks/voices for our portfolio of CA wineries. You’ve done some wireframing/design work for email and Wordpress. You're comfortable working as the creative lead on a small cross-functional team including Brand, Analytics, and Ecommerce leads. You're excited about the challenge of building something from the ground up - and maybe you've done it once or twice before. You love your DSLR. You also love your drone. You’ve worked in luxury CPG. You love wine.
Main Responsibilities
- Planning, shooting, editing, copywriting, posting, and analyzing social content
- Creating dazzling HTML emails
- Coordinating with Ecommerce Manager to create emails and texts to address specific customer journey opportunities
- Design HTML banners for programmatic campaigns
- Own Wordpress UX/UI design driven by insights from Associate Analytics Manager
Qualifications
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
- Expert in product, landscape and people photography
- Wordpress design experience
- Video capture and editing experience
- WSET, Court of Somms Cert, CSW or similar
- Professional social media community management experience
- Luxury CPG experience; AlcBev preferred
- Excellent presentation skills – written and verbal

Your Compensation:
$104,656 - $117,000 yr. based upon relevant experience.
