Myriad Genetics is seeking a Director of Creative Services to join the Enterprise Marketing Team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Creative Services will lead a team specializing in graphic design, video, and copywriting. They will also own the visual and verbal articulation of the Myriad brand and its portfolio of products to deliver engaging, audience-centric, best-in-class marketing.

• Create, maintain, and evolve our brand guidelines to bring our Myriad Genetics brand to life via elegant design and impactful storytelling.
• Develop and maintain our brand asset library, including photography, videos, animations.
• Lead the brand management function by fielding requests and reviewing materials from our internal marketing team members, and external agencies.
• Manage a team of 2 individuals in-house and manage outside agencies & freelancers.
• Plan, schedule, and execute projects across creative workstreams, including concepting, graphic design, copy development, photography.
• As an individual contributor, create deliverables such as webpage design, PowerPoint presentations, sales & marketing collateral, booth experience design.
• Collaborate with our Product Design/User Experience team to drive consistent and compelling brand experiences across key touchpoints, such as our Patient & Provider portals.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a graphic designer, including designing for responsive web.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Associate Creative Director or Creative Director within an agency or in-house environment.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Experience in developing brand guidelines.
• Agency management experience.
  

Lifting Requirements – light work or exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently.

Physical Requirements – stationary positioning, moving, operating, ascending/descending, communicating, and observing.

Use of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functions.
