The Cape May County Treasurer’s Office is seeking a full-time Account Clerk. Duties include but are not limited to payroll processing and payments, preparation of quarterly pension and tax reports, general ledger maintenance, bank account maintenance, employee deduction maintenance, financial report preparation, and all other payroll and financial related functions. Job Responsibilities are outlined under the New Jersey Civil Service Job Specification 00001- “Account Clerk”

Requirements:

· Good Analytical Skills

· Detailed Oriented

· Strong Interpersonal Skills

· Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Governmental Experience is a plus

· Payroll experience is a plus
