Position Summary
Lead the facilitation of leadership development training for exempt associates. Partner with the business to deploy and execute core learning programs and initiatives across the company. Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to provide teams with customized training solutions and experiences. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Essential Job Functions
- Serve as a master trainer/facilitator for a variety of leadership development training programs
- Source/deliver associate-specific learning opportunities to drive engagement and build organizational capability
- Assist in analyzing existing/potential programs for effectiveness, return on investment (ROI) that accelerate the associate and customer experience
- Deliver high-impact training
- Partner with division teams to support major training programs (i.e., Leadership Essentials)
- Partner with the business to communicate and drive strong execution companywide with compliance training
- Deliver an integrated training curriculum that supports short/long-term business priorities/strategies
- Assist in evaluating training/development program effectiveness; utilize evaluation data to revise/recommend changes in instructional objectives/methods
- Provide input/consultation on prioritizing company-wide training programs
- Assist in collecting statistical data, metrics, etc. for administrative/quality improvement purposes as related to training activities
- Travel up to 50% of their time to divisions, offices, plants & distribution centers to deliver training facilitation and conduct field visits
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
Minimum Position Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in training & development
- Any strategic planning experience
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal facilitation/communication skills
- High degree of organizational savvy; comfort working with all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize/effectively handle multiple projects within fixed timeframes
- Must be a self-starter and highly intuitive
- Strong decision making/problem solving skills
- Strong lens on execution and delivery of training
Desired Previous Experience/Education
- Bachelor's Degree in training, communications, or business
- 5+ years platform facilitation experience
- Any experience delivering training using alternative methods (Adobe Connect, WebEx, Zoom, etc.)
- Familiar with functionality of LMS
