ROLE OVERVIEW
The Corporate Development Analyst serves a key role on LifeStance’s corporate team and is accountable for supporting data collection and analytics during due diligence, the successful integration of newly acquired clinics and supporting the implementation of key LifeStance processes. This position requires a balance of data analytics, project management, humor, technology expertise, and concise communications. The Analyst is hands on, working directly with the client and corporate team to deliver a smooth transitional experience to our clinicians, therapists and their patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage data collection and analysis of new acquisitions by working with corporate and regional teams through the following diligence integration phases:
- Acquisition Sourcing
§ Support the Corporate Development team in the identification, valuation, and contacting of new leads
§ Analysis of key markets and market segments
§ Pre-Term Sheet financial and operational analysis and diligence
- Due Diligence
§ Work with Associate to analyze and prepare all necessary data and documentation
§ Prepare financial and operational data for due diligence review
§ Prepare, format, and analyze data for use by key corporate stakeholders
- Finance and Financial Analysis
§ Obtain and analyze data and information to support the creation of opening balance sheets and ongoing financial reporting
§ Work with Associate to build budgets for newly acquired practices
- Integration Support
§ Act as liaison between sites and corporate staff to ensure efficiency of data collection
§ Support the credentialing of clinicians on new payor contracts when necessary
§ Transition applicable licenses and contracts
- Manage timelines across several teams and projects
- Troubleshoot and triage potential issues to identify root cause
- Work collaboratively in partnership within LifeStance leadership to contribute to process improvements, tools, or resources to enhance the customer and patient experience
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0+ years of experience with increasing project management focus, ideally with a specialization in healthcare
- Investment Banking and M&A or Accounting/Valuation experience preferred
- Ability to learn new technology while gaining proficiency in several EMR/EHRs
- Self-motivated achiever who thrives in a mix of independence and being part of a team
- Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and with a sense of humor
- Self-motivated team player with strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in consulting or customer service a plus
- Excellent relationship building skills
