Afton Klein Group is looking to hire a copywriter with impeccable writing skills to work on branded copy for multiple healthcare-related clients across a variety of channels including print, radio, video, digital and traditional advertising, web, email, and more. We are seeking someone who can quickly interpret client needs and work well under tight time constraints.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy
• Demonstrate working knowledge of AP style
• Driving the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication in the forms of short- and long-form storytelling that includes: communication strategies, press releases, social media, blogs, marketing and web copy, advertising, as well as business development proposals.
• Understanding of different language styles/voices that appeal to various target markets
• Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice for the various clients we serve
• Writing long-form, academic and technical content for blogs, case studies, pitch decks, etc.
• Ability to blend SEO best practices with engaging content to achieve results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, curious, and organized
• Creative, high attention to detail, and adaptable

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience writing for healthcare, business or other
• 3-7 years experience (preferred)
• Design/advertising/marketing agency: 3 years (preferred)
• Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
