The Team:

The Accounting/Finance team is responsible for protecting the Company’s financial assets, mitigating financial risks and reporting the financial position of the company to business stakeholders. The department is comprised of four main pillars: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Treasury & Inventory Control.

The Opportunity:

As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for the processing of invoices and payments, account services for corporate, boutiques and vendors. You will liaise with internal and external partners for proper back up, coding and approval for when submitting invoices for payment.

About the Role:

  • Processing invoices, payments & vouchers in accordance with standard routines, checking for completeness and obvious errors
  • Provides account services for corporate, stores and vendors; adds appropriate standard coding and attachments to documents
  • Opens and distributes mail; files
  • Assists with month end closing procedures by compiling simple summary of information relating to processed documents
  • Maintain vendor profiles in SAP
  • All other duties assigned by supervisor

About You:

  • 2 years’ experience in similar role and/or environment, including hands-on internship
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and credibility and high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to accurately enter data and make decisions based on supporting documents
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Curious and problem-solving mindset

The range for this position is $26.93/hr. – $36.44/hr. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
