We are currently recruiting for a COO: at TerraSlate. This Integrator will help the visionary CEO drive the business.

The COO is a high performing team member who shares in the vision/goals of the visionary and company and works to carry those visions forward on a tactical and tangible level. This individual is an essential bridge between the functions of the business and leads the team towards a common goal

COO Compensation and Benefits :

Salary: $120,000 Yearly

~70% Health, Dental, Vision, Free Life Insurance ($50,000 Policy)

To be successful sitting in the COO position, you need to:

Ability to run and implement EOS

Competency in growing a company from $5M to $20M

Skilled in strategic thinking & problem solving

Client Success Planning & Execution

Able to efficiently communicate up and down the organization at all

This individual is a detail-oriented and highly organized leader who puts the company above himself/herself while leading, managing, and holding the operations team accountable. This person holds a focus on communicating effectively with the team and sub-departments while providing a bridge between the leadership team, president, and the graphic design, sales, production, and order fulfillment teams that serve the company’s clients.

As the COO at TerraSlate, your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead, manage, and be accountable for day-to-day operations across all departments

Pursue the vision as a key part of the leadership team

Oversee client journey from onboarding to order fulfillment and retention

Oversee customer service to ensure efficient, optimized processes are completed on time, on budget, and all team members have sufficient capacity

Maintain a pulse on the business from a financial, legal, sales, and operations vantage point and suggest actionable insights based on these weekly feedback loops
