Cornerstone Staffing Solution is seeking an Accountant/Controller to become an integral part of our team! You will oversee financial activities and personnel as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Oversee and coordinate all financial activities and personnel.
- Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques.
- Monitor overall performance of Company to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Also assist with AP, manage all bank accounts, assist sales staff in day to day vendor and customer documentation as required.
- Oversee and manage the payroll and benefits package deductions for all employees including 401 K, health insurance, life insurance and disability.
- Work closely with Human Resources (HR) to stay on trend with industry standards and long-term planning.
- Work with Insurance brokers to maintain all coverages and 401 K investment advisor and TPA to manage 401 K plan.
Experience:
- Minimun of 4-5 years experience (preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (preffered)
- Relevant private company experience (preferred)
