Contender eSports Team Member Job at Contender eSports Irvine
Contender eSports Team Members are expected to deliver the highest quality customers service to all guests at Contender eSports centers.
This is at its core a sales and customer service job, and staff will be expected to both assist customers with any needs they may have in the center, and understand and sell Contender Esports products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Help drive a positive customer experience by building relationships
Process membership and sales transactions including online and in person orders
Achieve team and individual goals while maintaining excellent customer service
Uses available tools to remain current regarding gaming, eSports, etc.
Generates future opportunities by engaging with all customers and creating lasting relationships.
Be an active and friendly part of the community of the center
Keep center clean and maintain the hardware
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to work well on your own or in a team
Ability to talk easily with customers
Ability to sell and upsell
Fast learner who can adapt to an ever changing landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the gaming community
Experience with basic PC hardware and troubleshooting
Knowledge of top esports titles, and other top multiplayer games
