Summary:
Maintains assigned plans virtual and physical files/records. Reconcile asset reports & statements obtained from Retirement Plan custodians and record keepers, using external portals, applications & spreadsheets.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
· Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
· One (1) year of experience in general clerical, administrative and reporting responsibilities required. Transactional and financial processes knowledge preferred.
· Computer proficiency required in the use of MS Office required. Exposure and experience of MS Excel at an intermediate level as well as internet tools and other operative programs highly preferred.
· Analytical, problem solving, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.
· Proficiency in the Spanish and English languages required both written and verbal.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
· Able to work both independently and in a team and collaborative environment.
· Ability to meet deadlines, manage time efficiently, design and deliver on projects and timelines.
