Consumer Credit Process Improvement Specialist Job at First Hawaiian Bank
We are currently seking an experienced, highly analytical, solutions-oriented Consumer Credit Process Improvement Specialist to join our Consumer Credit Products Team. In this role, you will review, analyze, develop, and implement business process improvement initiatives that lead to quantifiable efficiencies that benefit operational teams and the organization. This includes gathering, interpreting, and presenting data for the purpose of improving processes, collaborating with other business units to drive change and implement solutions that enable operational quality, efficiency, and automation, supporting efforts that meet internal and external customer service level requirements, as well as adhering to audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as business, finance, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
- Two (2) years' work experience leading process improvement projects/teams or relevant experience in Operations in the capacity of operational process reviews/redesign. Five years’ work experience in process improvement or relevant experience in Operations in the capacity of operational process reviews/redesign preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of business process analysis.
- Working knowledge of process management standards and methodologies, including initiating, planning, scheduling, and executing processes, as well as tracking of performance measures.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives desirable.
- Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX, COSO, GLBA) is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of technology automation (i.e. personal computers and/or mainframe systems) and related software applications (i.e. process management and productivity tools, etc.) highly desirable.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent experience desirable.
- Data analysis experience preferred.
