Construction Superintendent Job at Deneuve Construction Services
Deneuve is a Boulder-based General Contractor looking for an experienced Superintendent for multifamily residential and commercial construction projects in the Front Range. Superintendents manage one project at a time and are responsible for subcontractor performance, schedule, quality control, coordination, safety, and inspections. The Superintendent is the primary point of contact on site during construction. The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager and, depending on the size of the project, the Project Engineer. Typical projects range in size from $1m to $35m. Deneuve operates primarily in the design/build and design/assist project delivery methods.
