Conditioning Tower Operator Job at REMINGTON SEEDS LLC
Description:
The Conditioning Operator is an individual that will understand many aspects of seed production. It consist of conditioning seed, performing corn quality checks, along with an understanding of general maintenance tasks. It can also consist of warehouse activities and packaging activities. This position may include shift work, weekends, and holidays during critical times if necessary. The individual should have a good mechanical aptitude. The individual must be able to work together with others, yet when asked, have the ability to complete tasks on their own.

Requirements:
Follow all required quality procedures and document accurately- Assist in keeping conditioning equipment in tolerance
- Assist with maintenance of the conditioning equipment
- Ensures product is staying within specified tolerances throughout the conditioning process
- Monitor seed during conditioning process to ensure high quality output
- Communicate with treater operators and supervisor to ensure efficiency
- Assist in other areas of the facility when directed by Management
- Ability to plan ahead
