The Carlson Law Firm is one of the fastest-growing and progressive injury law firms in the country. We are in search of an organized and outgoing Community Outreach Coordinator to join our highly talented team of marketing professionals. With 15 offices in Texas, one in California and more than 40 attorneys, you will be at the forefront of developing effective marketing outreach strategies for a law firm poised for continued growth and success.

You will contribute to the firm’s event marketing efforts across all Texas markets through our charitable program, Carlson Cares. There will be a heavy focus on events planning and B2B outreach. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in event coordination and email marketing.

The qualified candidate we’re looking for will be a great communicator and highly organized, while also being collaborative with marketing team members and vendors.

Our ideal candidate can work self-directed, quickly and provide detailed reporting and insight into what’s working and what’s not.

They will possess good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and independently, familiarity with social media sites, marketing and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage community marketing events, volunteer days and sponsorships for each of our 15 offices around Texas
• Set up and break down event displays
• Build relationships with potential new clients at events
• Manage vendor relationships with event coordinators, industry groups, shipment providers, promotional materials suppliers, etc.
• Explore and pitch new ways to get the firm involved in each community
• Handle B2B outreach such as newsletters and coordinating attorney luncheons, webinars and more
