Community Living Support Supervisor

Responsible for the supervision and leadership of Community Living Support Staff (CLS) servicing individuals served with severe and persistent mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities to become active and integrated citizens within their communities. Oversees delivery of service and ensures staff compliance with assisting independent- living individuals in fostering the highest possible quality of life, by providing supports and skill building consistent with the Plan of Service to increase independent functioning and decreasing the need for treatment in more restrictive settings. Ensure staff work in cooperation with individuals, families, community members, case holders and consultants as identified through the Person-Centered planning process. Ensures knowledge and compliance of the Agency’s policies and procedures along with various mandated requirements. Persons with lived experience with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities or substance use disorders are encouraged to apply.

Education and/or Experience

• BA degree in Human Services or related field, preferred or
• AA degree in Human Services or related field acceptable to Accreditation Body with three years supervisory experience and working in behavioral health
