There are Part-Time and Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available with rotating schedules.
12- hour shifts: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm; or 7:00 pm to 7:00 am.
8- hour shifts: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm; or 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Part-Time Evening shift is eligible for a $2,500 Bonus; Full-Time Day or Evening shift is eligible for a $3,500 Bonus; Full-Time Night shift is eligible for a $4,000 Bonus

What does a CNA do?

Your responsibilities may vary, but the following tasks are very important for the health and well-being of our residents. You must be a compassionate person that enjoys helping people.

• Your main duty is to let the Nurse (your supervisor) know about any changes residents may be exhibiting.
• Helping residents to and from bathrooms.
• Conversing with and comforting residents.
• Answering residents' call buttons.
• Providing residents' with drinks and snacks.
• Changing bedding.
• Helping residents change into clean clothing.
• Running errands for nurses.

What does a CNA require?

• Current IA Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Desire and passion to help aging adults with daily needs.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
