FT, PT or Per Diem CNA for Hospice OR Home Health

Job Description:

This position will support patients in the home environment.

The CNA is trained to function in a supportive relationship to professional nursing and other professional personnel in the provision of specific personal care, health related and attendant housekeeping activities to sick or disabled persons at home. This position will consist of traveling to see numerous patients daily in the home environment.

We have multiple CNA home care and facility positions open throughout Fairfield County!

Job Requirements:

• Must have active/valid CNA certification through state of CT.
• Certified CNA with excellent care skills. Training as specified by Licensure Regulations governing Home Health Agencies as listed in Public Health Code Section 19-13-D69 (d).
• Successfully completed the competency evaluation requirement as specified by licensure regulations governing Home Health Agencies as listed.
• Previous Hospice and Home Healthcare experience
• Comfortable working with Covid-19 positive patients, RVNAhealth provides full PPE support
• Must have a valid Driver's License/Car/Insurance
