E. A. Hawse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our Baker, WV location.
E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center opened in 1985 and is a 60 person care center specializing in skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation to home, and long-term care services. E. A. Hawse Nursing & Rehabilitation Center received the 2014 Bronze National Quality Award from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) Quality Award program.
Position Summary: $2,000 Sign on Bonus for full time and updated wages !
- To provide direct patient care to patients, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with facility policies and procedures and report patient needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
- Complete documentation accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
- Assure patients are given adequate assistance with meals, nourishment, and transportation.
- Respect the dignity and privacy or individuals are all times.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Present a positive image and accept the need for changes, be flexible, and demonstrate the enthusiasm toward enhancement.
Education/Requirements:
- The Registered Long Term Care Nursing Assistant must have completed an approved nursing assistant program and must possess a current, unencumbered, active certification.
- Must possess and maintain current CPR certification, or acquire a CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
