Barton Creek is a premier assisted living facility with 62 apartments nestled the foothills of Bountiful. We are a small and intimate facility so we can best provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and family members. We are looking loving well-trained employees who provide exceptional care and have a passion to work with seniors.

• 6am - 10am part time CNA every other weekend
• 5pm - 9pm part time Caregiver

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents according to their individualized service plan.
• Maintain the dignity and privacy of all residents. Protect all resident rights and adhere to HIPAA policies.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring and all other ADL’s
• Deliver medications to residents
• Communicate effectively with the residents, families, visitors, members of the health care team, and other disciplines.
• Receive and give report to management on resident status at the beginning and end of each shift and as needed. Notify the Resident Care Coordinator of any changes in resident physical and/or mental status.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have compassion for and desire to work with seniors!
• Certification of completing an approved Certified Nursing Assistant is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must have a current food handler permit.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
