We are seeking an enthusiastic engineer who works as a Genesys Developer for the implementation of the Contact Centre as a Service solution. This person will partner closely with the Technical Architect, Engineering, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional program team members.
The project involves migration from scratch of multi-user system into Genesys Cloud
- 4+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud
- Experience in Genesys Cloud CX architect tool for setting up inbound voice flows and bot flows
- Experience in Genesys Cloud CX notification service sub/pub notification services
- Experience reading and interpreting Visio flow chart
Nice to have:
- Experience in Google DialogFlow CX
- Genesys Cloud CX Certified Developer
- Google Cloud Platform DialogFlow Certification
- Genesys Engage GIA experience
- Genesys Engage IRD experience
- Good understanding of gRPC
- Good understanding of HIPPA and PII
