The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the clinic’s day to day operations to help insure that patients receive the highest quality of care and level of service in a cost–effective and efficient manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversees daily operations of clinic including but not limited to: staffing, budgeting, training, supplies, assisting in staff shortages, and reporting to all required agencies.

Customer Service

· Fosters a culture of outstanding patient service showing courtesy in interactions with patients, physicians and co-workers.

· Presents good telephone skills.

· Insures that all members of the clinic respond promptly to patient inquiries and needs and addresses customer concerns promptly.

· Skill in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment and discretion.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • BLS certification
  • MA certification or greater
  • Minimum 2 years supervising one or more employees
  • Minimum 2 years working as a medical assistant of emergency personnel
  • Medical Terminology knowledge and proficiency necessary.

· Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to motivate teams to produce quality outcomes within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

· Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to staff/cover your clinics when needed.

Schedule

Monday through Friday

Some nights and weekends.
