We are looking for a Full Time Client Success role to work onsite for a fast-growing Techstarsand venture-backed company up building innovative software, that is democratizing the shipping and logistics industry by empowering its customers with industry insights to improve their business decision making and helping thousands of customers save tens of millionsof dollars on shipping/logistics costs.

What We Are Looking For

A person with a true passion for clients, who maintains the same positive attitude Monday through Friday, that stays motivated and with high energy in order to deliver the best possible customer experience to our clients.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high quality customer service to customers, ensuring smooth flow of inquiries and complaints.
  • Interacting with customers on a daily basis through different communication channels.
  • Quickly adapting to changing priorities when it comes to customers, both internally and externally.
  • Listening and learning from every other contributor and department.

Qualifications necessary for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years of previous work experience as Client Success/Account Management
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency with Google Docs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great analytical and solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve client issues
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Attention to detail, ability to review high volumes of client requests in a very detailed way.

It would be ideal:

· Previous management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
