The role:
The Client Success Associate plays a critical role in the implementation of TimeDoc's software and services offerings and the ongoing management of TimeDoc clients, as well as supporting the company in its growth initiatives. This individual will coordinate across several internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure healthy, long-term client relationships and help our clients meet clinical and revenue goals by working with TimeDoc products and programs. Reporting to the Director of Client Success, this role requires a client-focused individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves, help build a world-class client experience, and grow with us as our organization scales.
Responsibilities:
- Implement TimeDoc software and services for new clients (FQHCs, primary care groups, multi-specialty practices).
- Own and manage a portfolio of mid-level software and service clients.
- Build and maintain high levels of client engagement, satisfaction, and buy-in with TimeDoc products.
- Develop metrics for success and ROI based on each client's goals and report progress on a regular basis.
- Define and execute a growth strategy for each client through expansion of programs and product offerings.
- Ensure software clients are utilizing key product features to maximize program success.
- Identify and manage client escalations and mitigate risks by developing proactive solutions to reduce churn.
- Support senior team members, and in some cases, lead operational effectiveness projects as the company scales.
- Support senior team members with enterprise implementations and development of client materials.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years working in SaaS or services implementation, client success, client experience, or account management role.
- Experience working with healthcare executives, clinicians, and administrative staff in a fast-paced environment, is a plus.
- Demonstrated, measurable success managing software and service accounts.
- Results and relationship-focused with the ability to influence others and help create change.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, creative writing skills, a plus.
- A process-focused approach with a desire to roll-up your sleeves and solve problems.
- A sincere interest in your clients, coworkers, and helping patients manage their health.
- Willingness and ability to travel (10-20% expected)
