JOB SUMMARY
The Client Development Specialist will be responsible for having an acute understanding of their designated client(s) Standard Operating Procedures and directives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Client Directives process through CD inbox and Controlist database. Lead every aspect of the Change Management and Validation initiatives.
- Review and tack the new client requirements derived from the New Client Onboarding process and assist with new client set-up by coordinating with impacted departments and creating new Forwarders in CLS.
- Review existing client work standards to establish if internal departments are meeting all client requirements.
- Assist Project Manager with validation and maintenance of EDI Matrices.
- Analyze, evaluate, and document variety of data, including workflow processes and procedures.
- Design, write and generate weekly/monthly status reports/scorecards and send public communications to departments and executive management with confidence.
- Maintain existing reports such as CD Summary report that illustrates performance of Client Directives process.
- Develop new reports around Client Operations processes to identify cost requirements to service specific clients.
- Utilize Power BI for creation of various reports and dashboards.
- Apply Microsoft tools for projects/tasks tracking.
- Analyze internal controls for effectiveness
- Facilitate and lead weekly status meetings with internal departments including the IT Development team to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Assign tasks and due dates related to the client work standards changes to appropriate departments through Controlist/Change Management form and MS Project for the Web.
- Maintain all results and information gathered for the Change Management and Verification from internal departments in an organized and readily retrievable manner
- Participate in ad hoc assignments directed from executive management

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of MS Project and Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of CLS collection software preferred, but not required – will train.
- Ability to extract information from database to create reports or summaries for management
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Verbal and written communication skills a must.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is required.
- Understanding of the legal process is a plus but not required.
- Must be a quick learner with good problem solving skills.
- A dependable work ethic and commitment to providing quality service is a must.

TRAVEL – This position requires up to 0-5% travel. Travel excludes local commute.
