JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintaining residential and commercial properties in Chatham, Effingham, Bryan, Bulloch, and a portion of Beaufort County.
- Cleaning different types of floors with a vacuum, broom, and mop.
- Dusting furniture, countertops, light fixtures, and ceilings.
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen, bathroom, and toilet fixtures.
- Taking out the trash.
- Cleaning the windows.
- Linens and laundry.
- Coordinating with management to make sure you always have enough cleaning supplies.
- Reporting any breakages that happen while cleaning.
- Notifying the manager and/or customers of necessary repairs.
CLEANER REQUIREMENTS
- Able to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle or have access to one
- Detail oriented, friendly, trustworthy, and reliable
- Capable of using a range of cleaning supplies and tools
- Capable of lifting 20 lbs. while standing for prolonged periods of time
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
- Open availability to include evenings and weekends
- Pet-friendly – many home customers have animals
