Full-Time Regular (40 hours per week, M-F). You will enjoy providing excellent customer service while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Requirements:

This position is responsible for cleaning facilities, apartments, condominiums, single family homes, and areas surrounding a business or building while adhering to MPM’s cleanliness and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Driving a company vehicle; MUST have a current, valid driver's license AND clean driving record.
• Cleaning spills, broken glass, tops of cabinets, crown molding, windowsills, cabinet shelves, inside drawers, toilet, fridge shelves and freezer, drip pans, tile grout, carpet, vinyl and wood plank flooring, and various other facets of a residence
• Performing basic maintenance activities related to cleaning; maintaining washer/dryer, dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, fridge, oven, etc.
• Refilling supplies and maintaining an appropriate inventory to adhere to MPM’s efficiency and organizational standards
• Requesting/purchasing new cleaning supplies as needed
• Perform basic cleaning duties including, vacuuming, dusting, clean and disinfect all appliances, etc.
• Adhere to the MPM’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone
• Perform and document routine inspection of company-provided vehicle
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as assigned
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs of tools, equipment and/or vehicle
• Make adjustments and minor repairs as needed

Physical Demands:

• Required to stand for long periods of time
• May involve some repetitive motion
• Must be able to lift 40 to 60 pounds - more than 60 pounds requires a team lift
• May engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers
• Must be able to work in a variety of temperature conditions
• PPE may be required and provided
