· Assist in providing a memorable experience for each guest that enters the lounge.
· Knowledge of cigars, Luxe inventory and the cigar culture.(training will be provided.)
· Up keep of the humidors
· Full understanding of the POS System used in the lounge.
· Maintain the upkeep of the lounge.
· Answering phones (providing each person calling with the information needed)
· Clearing tables, cleaning couches and clearing ashtrays in a timely manner.
. Properly and quickly greet each guest that enters the lounge.
