Chiropractor (Corporate Clinic) Job at Marquee Staffing
Our corporate holistic supplement manufacturer in Aliso Viejo, CA has a brand new opening for a very unique Licensed Chiropractor role within their new personalized lifestyle and medicine center. We are looking for a chiropractor who is passionate about running with a unique team of clinicians to provide revolutionary holistic medical care combining the best of traditional knowledge with our state-of-the-art technology platforms. An ideal applicant for this role will have a genuine affinity for soft tissue work (experience in ART, MFR, COX or similar techniques is preferred) and 2-3 years of experience as a full-time Chiropractor. This opening is an excellent opportunity for the chiropractor who wants to be heavily involved in day-to-day operations of a clinic without the burden of owning a traditional clinic.
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (With advanced notice, you will be asked to occasionally travel to our other clinic in Gig Harbor, Washington)
Pay Range: $80k-90k/yr

Job Duties:
- Perform intake assessments by listening to patients' chief complaints in addition to reviewing medical records.
- Physically examine patients by testing reflexes, posture, and strength.
- Perform skeletal adjustments to relieve pain within a patient's body
- Use chiropractic techniques to diagnose neuro-musculoskeletal conditions
- Record patient data and keep detailed records of every treatment session
- Assess a patient’s medical condition by reviewing his or her medical history, listening to the patients concerns, and performing a physical examination;
- Provide musculoskeletal therapy, involving adjusting patient’s spinal column and other joints
- Conduct additional diagnostic tests, including evaluating a patients posture and/or taking x rays and performing a preliminary reading of the films;
- Provide additional treatments, such as applying heat or cryotherapy to a patients injured areas;
- Advise patients on health and lifestyle issues, such as exercise and sleep habits;
- Refer patients to other medical specialists, if needed
Chiropractic Education & Skill Requirements:
- A Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from an accredited chiropractic college
- Passing scores for Parts I,II,III and IV from NCBE. A recent NBCE SPEC exam is acceptable alternative for Part IV
- Valid DC license in State of California
- Fully eligible for Malpractice Insurance in State of California Knowledge
- 4-year bachelor degree from accredited college
- Knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred
- Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
- Ability to perform spinal adjustments
- Ability to diagnose and develop a care plan based on a patient’s individual needs
- COX Technique experience and/or certification (preferred, not required)
- Ability to interact well with a wide variety of personality types in a patient & team environment
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn new things
- Ability to provide appropriate patient follow-up to ensure effective patient treatment.
- Able to work in a changing environment without experiencing undue stress
- Able to set goals based on available information and to plan work in order to meet deadlines
- Able to formulate appropriate responses to requests for data, services and information from internal or external customers with a wide range of personalities and demeanors
- Able to project likely future occurrences based on current or historical data
- Able to work independently and react quickly to changing priorities with a consistent sense of urgency
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment most of day
- May stoop or crouch to access files or storage
- Requires clear vision at 20 inches or less with or without corrective lenses
- Hearing and speech within normal ranges and sufficient for clear communication face to face and especially via the telephone
- Lifts up to 20 pounds regularly; Lifts 30 pounds occasionally
- May assist patients with sitting, standing and walking to and from exam rooms
- Requires frequent bending, reaching, repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting and siting
- Potential for exposure to communicable diseases and/or blood borne pathogens
- Exposed to noise levels typical of office environments

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
