We are seeking a skilled and passionate chiropractic physician to join our tight-knit, family-run business.
As a Chiropractor in our practice, you will be treating 40-50 patients a day in a fun and caring environment. Our clinics are located in Hawaii Kai, Salt Lake, and Kapolei, with general office hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday, and Saturday 8:00 am-1:00 pm.
The ideal candidate will have Doctor of Chiropractic degree, 1 year of professional experience (preferred but not required), a chiropractic license/state license, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build strong relationships with patients, strong decision-making skills, and a deep understanding of the principles of chiropractic care. Qualifications:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a chiropractor.
- Demonstrated experience providing chiropractic care to patients, with a strong track record of positive outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and colleagues.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose and treat complex musculoskeletal issues.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest research and developments in the field of chiropractic care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a thorough examination and evaluation of patients' musculoskeletal systems to identify any abnormalities or areas of concern.
- Develop and implement a personalized treatment plan for each patient, based on their specific needs and goals.
- Use various chiropractic techniques, including spinal manipulation, mobilization, and soft tissue therapy, to alleviate pain and promote healing.
- Educate patients on proper posture, ergonomics, and other lifestyle factors that can contribute to musculoskeletal health.
- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout their course of treatment, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.
- Maintain insurance credentials and throughly understand the use of insurance codes.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of chiropractic care, attending professional development opportunities and continuing education courses as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
