Chief Financial Officer Job at Hansen Family Hospital
Hansen Family Hospital is a Critical Access hospital located in Iowa Falls, IA with network partnership with Mercy North-Iowa in Mason City. We are seeking an individual to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer. The CFO is a Senior Leader position responsible for driving the overall financial operations of the facility including, revenue cycle, accounting, budgetary, audits, tax and other financial planning activities within the hospital. This individual will communicate on a regular basis with Administration, the Board of Trustees, Auditors, hospital managers and other key stakeholders in the community. The CFO will provide the leadership, direction and administration of all financial systems of the hospital and its clinics. Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting. A CPA certification is preferred. Three years' experience in financial leadership is preferred. Applicants must exhibit excellent interpersonal/communication skills, computer skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
